36 Valve PET Bottling Line

The 36 Valve PET Bottling Line is a used PET water bottling line from Unscrambler to Pallet Wrapper. The line was previously running 21,000 BPH on 500ml bottles and 28mm cap size. The system comes with a FOGG 36 Valve Monoblock Filler with 10 head screw capper.

Previously Running 1.5L , 1.0L , 25oz , .5L , 12oz , 1000ml, 500ml and 275ml PET Bottles.

The 36 Valve PET Bottling Line also includes a Pace M400 Stainless Steel Bottle Unscrambler with large hopper, Equipment Express 12 Head Inline Bottle Rinser, Quadrel pressure sensitive inline wrap around labeler, Videojet Excel inkjet coder, stainless steel table top bottle conveyor, mild steel case conveyor, Durable case sealer, and an IPM freestanding pallet wrapper. Currently offered as a complete operation with the Complete 48 Valve PET Water Bottling Line.
