Fully Automatic Case Crate and Tray Loading System

The Fully Automatic Case Crate and Tray Loading System is a user- friendly design that permits multiple container handling with rapid and simple change-over. For example, the same machine can perform a changeover between 16, 24, 32oz, 3lb, 5lb sizes (within 5 minutes). The double cam-track design enables its head beam to be expandable to the length required to load up to 6 cases at a time, thus increasing throughput. It has a much larger pick and load area, which is scaleable depending on customer requirements. Shingling/offsetting product is available, depending on your specific pattern requirements. Simple mechanical cam following technology allows for ease of use and a low maintenance demands. With a very rugged construction (eg. 3” tubular welded frame), the 350CP is an automation investment, returning payback well into the future.

With the Fully Automatic Case Crate and Tray Loading System containers are accepted from your conveyor at up to 280 per minute onto the system primary single lane infeed. Containers are channelized from 1 lane into the 4 lanes across the conveyor.  Lanes are sequenced into a fixed flight delivering collated and registered containers to the pick area. Once containers arrive into the pick area, the 350CP’s head descends securing the product with vacuum grippers.  Containers are lifted vertically and placed within staged cases.  As an on-demand system, the cycle is repeated until the cases are completely packed.
