The Used ALLIANCE High Level Bulk Depalletizer is a High level Z-flow depalletizer currently set for 45? x 47? narrow side leading pallet but machine capable of being adjusted to 44? x 56? wide side leading pallet. Left hand operator controls with Allen-Bradley Panelview 900 and SLC 5/04 processor. 15? discharge elevation and 3? infeed elevation. Fully automatic top frame and tier sheet removal – dunnage removal on right hand side. 24? triple strand infeed conveyor, 6? discharge conveyor to pallet stacker (also accessible from the right side). 5hp SEW hoist drive system. 15? discharge bed with Rexnord mat top bed. This depalletizer is a Z-shaped design where the pallet in-feed is on opposite side of machine from product discharge.
