The Batch Pasteurizer can give you 2,400 bottles or 3,000 cans, 12 ounce size, pasteurized to 12 pasteurization units in an 8 hour shift. The dimensions are slightly more than 2’ wide X 5’ long X 7’ high. Very easy to place on your production floor. This pasteurizer recycles water saving you money and helping you run more sustainably. Comes with a temperature gauge and thermostats along with a process timer to help you keep track of the process.
Additional product trays are offered as an option to provide additional pre-loading and post pasteurization staging capacity. Each tray holds about 50 bottles 12-oz cider product.
The Batch Pasteurizer utilizes two submersion heaters installed in the sump. Once water has been heated from ambient to operating temperature, one heater shuts down and the other maintains temperature. The HMI controlled time and temperature programming, provides pre-set automatic control of the temperature impacting the magnitude of pasteurization. Sprays automatically stop at the end of the process cycle.
