The BREW HOUSE 100HL was made by Belgian BW Procestechniek in year 2014 and is now carefully marked and packed for sea transportation. This is a complete cold brew line with 112 hl mash tun, 155 hl worth pool, Meura Craft Junior mash filter and 130 hl whirlpool. It is designed for 100 hl / brew and 4-5 brews / day annual capacity is around 100 000 – 120 000 hl. This complete brew line was assembled at the factory before dismantling and packaging. Around the chassis there is a walking platform with matching handrail and stairs for operation of the filter and vessels. System pipes, valves, cable chains are attached to this platform.

The BREW HOUSE 100HL delivery includes also a central control cabinet in which all the controls of the brew house are installed. The compressed air valves and Siemens S7 PLC are also placed in this central cabinet. The software is very simple and can operate automatically by process block or completely manually. Equipment is in new like condition.
Mash tun, made completely out of stainless steel with the following characteristics

- Bottom heating with steam

- Fully insulated with stainless steel finish
- External diameter: 2,600 mm
- A manhole at the top with sight glass and lighting

Wort copper / Mash copper, made completely out of stainless steel with the following characteristics
