This Never Used PE Labellers Modular Pressure Sensitive K-Cup Labeler is a PE designed Mod-Plus SM Labeling System that has the ability to apply pressure sensitive labels to cylindrical containers. In addition with this system, included are two (2) types of Container Orientation Systems listed under “Container Orientation”. Plus the system included Programmable Servo Bottle motion for future flexibility and maximum flexibility for future container and or label application changes.

The Redundant Labeling System is specifically designed for high-speed applications. This Never Used PE Labellers Modular Pressure Sensitive K-Cup Labeler is designed for Non-Stop operation without the need of an operator. For example, when one label roll is running out of labels, a second corresponding labeling dispenser will automatically take over the labeling operation. The operator will then manually retract the empty labeling head from the carousel on a slide bracket, re-load a new roll of labels, and then return the labeling head to the “home” position. With the Redundant Labeling system zero production time is lost, and you have Non-Stop operation.
