The Used 2012 GEA Procomac Aseptic Bottling Line was initially delivered and installed in 2012. The Line is a used PET Aseptic bottling line from Depalletizer to Exit Conveyor. The line was previously running 36,000 BPH on 751ml PET bottles with a 38mm cap size. The system comes with a GEA Procomac 100 Valve Hi-Acid Aseptic Beverage “Bloc” filler
Currently Running 36,000 BPH (600 BPM) on 18oz and 750ml PET Bottles 38mm cap formats (regular and sport caps)
This 2012 GEA Procomac Aseptic Bottling Line includes 120 head sterilizer / 90 head sterile rinser and filler sections, Skids ECODOX skid for PAA concentration management, UNITHERM to make sterile water and aseptic product handling, Vapor Hydrogen Peroxide sterilization for regular and sport caps, Mezzanine for cap sorter and cap dispenser, 2 Tank Alfa Laval Steritenk CIP with 3500 Gallon Wallker Aseptic Tanks, and an Alfa Laval 115 GPM beverage pasteurizer / sterilizer with Regen.
