Used Complete 900 BPM Krones Water Bottling Line

The Used Complete 900 BPM Krones Water Bottling Line is a used PET water bottling line complete from Blow Molder (Moulder) to Pallet Stretch Wrapper. This line was previously running 54,000 BPH on 500ml (16.9oz) PET Bottles with 8.7 gram 26.7 neck preforms. The blow molder is a Krones S24 Contiform that includes the blow wheel, oven, electrical control panel, main cabinet, prefer dumper, hopper, incline, orientor, and side chute. The filler is a 2013 KRONES Modulfill VFS Mono-Block 84 valve high speed PET bottle filler with bottle capper set on 26.7mm lightweight plastic screw caps accompanied by a Krones cap feeding system.

In addition, Used Complete 900 BPM Krones Water Bottling Line comes with a Sacmi Opera Roll Fed Labeling System, an SMI SK802P Case Packer, a PAI 5251 Case Palletizer, and a Wulftec WDRT-175 Pallet Stretch Wrapper including (2) 5,000 Gallon Stainless Steel Batch Tanks with Agitation, and (1) 20,000 Gallon Stainless Steel Holding Tank.
