2014 KRONES NRG BOTTLE FILLING LINE

The 2014 Krones NRG Bottle Filling Line was initially delivered and installed in late 2014. The line is a used NRG (Non- Returnable Glass) Bottle Filling Line from depalletizer to pallet stretch wrapper. The line was previously contract packaging various beverages with multiple applications up to 750ml long neck bottles at 20,000 bph. The line begins with a Pressant Universal 1N sweep-off depalletizer. Post bottle washer, the line features a 2014 Krones Modulfill HES 124 valve bottle filler. Interconnecting conveyor is comprised with Krones Synco S, Multico S, and Palco S conveyor. Product packaging consist of Krones Variopac Pro WTS-4 and versatile labeling with Krones Solomodul as well as a Krones Sleevematic. Endline packaging is completed with a Krones Modulpal 2A palletizer that is paired with an Atlanta OMEGA pallet stretch wrapper.

Previously Running CSD Beverages at 20,000 BPH (333 BPM) on 750ml glass bottles.
