2015 Krones PET CSD Bottling Line

The 2015 KRONES PET CSD Bottling Line was initially delivered and installed in early 2015. The Line is a used PET CSD bottling line from Preform Loading System to Case Conveyor. The line was previously running beer on 32oz & 42oz PET bottles at 400-450 BPM. The system comes with a 2015 18Cavity Krones Contiform Bloc System comprised of an 18 Cavity Blow Molder, 120 Valve Modulfill (Isobaric / Carbonated) Filler and 16 head capping turret.

Previously Running 27,000 BPH (450 BPM) on 32oz PET Bottles with 38mm caps.

This 2015 KRONES PET CSD Bottling Line features processing equipment including the Krones Varioflash pasteurizer system with Tenet tank, a Krones LINTHEM 8ft. x 24ft Warming Tunnel, and a Hach inline carbonation system with Anton Parr module. Versatile packaging is exemplified with the Krones Solomodul 30 station labeler and the Krones Variopac Pro tray packer with heat tunnel.
