The 2017 Krones Contiform 324 PRO is a high efficiency blow molder with 24 blow stations capable of up to 3.5L containers. The prefabricated preforms are first carried through an infrared linear oven which has been heated up to its optimum processing temperature. They are then transferred via actively controlled transfer grippers driven by high precision monodic servo motors with real time synchronization to the blow stations for low consumption and high productivity utilizing a highly flexible mould hanger and electromagnetic stretching system without compressed air consumption. This unit also implements the Air Wizard Plus for enhanced air pressure recycling and quick-change systems for moulds, heating mandrels, transfer clamps and protective plates.
Currently running 250ml (8.5oz) at 900 BPM (54,000 BPH).
The 2017 Krones Contiform 324 PRO includes, Preform feed system, infrared linear oven with ceramic reflectors, Torsion-resistant platforms, Monotec servo motor, Blowing wheel with electromagnetic stretching system, machine guards in hygienic design, and touch screen. Production of PET containers with a volume up to 3.5L for non-carbonated water and CSD as well as sensitive hand hotfill products. This machine has been strictly maintained, runs very well, and is in Excellent condition.
