The used 2017 Krones Contiform Bloc System with its Hygienic design, meets the highest demands on bottle quality. This bloc system (Blow-Fill-Cap) is comprised of 24 blow stations, 88 filling valves, and 33 capping heads. The Contiform Bloc requires up to 30% less space than a conventional blow moulder and filler. The direct transfer (no rinser, no air conveyor) of the bottles from the stretch blow moulder to the filler and capper prevents dirt being brought in and reduces the consumption of water, compressed air, and energy. Containers are handled with care via neck- handling star wheels, active clamps, and a low number of transfer stations. This system utilizes precision drive technology with systematic use of servo drives without mechanical drive components.

Previously running at 54,000 bottles per hour. Currently set for 8.5oz PET bottles with flat caps & sport caps.

The 2017 Krones Contiform Bloc System includes, M. Tanner AG Preform Dumper, Krones Contifeed Preform Roller Sorter, Krones Contiform 324 Pro Blow Molder, Krones Mono-block 88 flow valve volumetric filler with Independent 33 head spindle capper, Krones Capcade Cap Feeder, and FOGG Sport Cap Feeder. This machine has been strictly maintained, runs very well, and is in Excellent Condition.
