The Complete Krones 46,000BPH Glass Bottling Line is a CSD bottling line that was initially delivered and installed in 2017. The Line is glass bottling line complete from Depalletizer to Pallet Wrapper. The line is currently installed and previously running 46,000 BPH on 330ml Non-Returnable Glass Bottles. The Depalletizer is a 2017 PRESSANT UNIVERSAL IN with sweep-off motion followed by a LINATRONIC empty bottle inspection system. The bottles are then rinsed with with a rotary type KRONES MODULJET and then filled with a 110 valve KRONES MODULFILL Filler.

The Complete Krones 46,000BPH Glass Bottling Line also comes with KRONES CHECKMAT inspection systems, LINADRY container dryers, and KRONES AUTOCOL Labeling Systems. This line features versatile KRONES VARIOPAC PRO packaging followed by a KRONES MODULPAL 2AC Palletizer.
