For sale: a 2017 Krones Aseptic Non-CSD PET filling line rated at 18,000 bottles per hour. This dry aseptic line is designed for demanding non-carbonated products including smoothies, juices, and dairy. Commissioned in 2018 by Krones and operating at approximately 12,000 total hours, the line was used for contract filling of Innocent Smoothies in 250ml, 360ml, and 750ml PET bottles with a D38mm wide-mouth neck format. The blow-molding block features a Krones Contiform 310 PRO with 10 cavities, complete with a Contipure D preform disinfection system using vaporized H₂O₂, an infrared linear oven with ceramic reflectors, and an Air Wizard Plus pressurizer air recycling system for energy savings. Filling and capping is handled by a Krones PET-Asept Bloc D (44-valve volumetric filler) using a fully dry aseptic process with vaporized H₂O₂ and sterile air, including an integrated STERILJET D bottle sterilizer, liquid nitrogen injection for bottle stiffening, and a servo-driven capper.
Currently configured for 250ml–1,000ml PET round and square bottles with D38mm wide-mouth neck. Supports up to 3,500ml formats. Line is currently installed and under power in Europe.
Labeling is performed by a Krones Contiroll 960-24 reel-fed wrap-around labeler. Secondary packaging is handled by two packers: a Krones Variopac PRO TFS-6 tray-shrink packer and a Krones Variopac PRO WT-6 wrap-around cartoner. The line also includes a Krones Varioclean 10,000L CIP system, a large GEA aseptic processing plant, Krones Checkmat inspection units, a Krones Modulpal 2A palletizer, and Haloila Octopus 1850T pallet wrapper. The line is complete from preform feeding to palletizing and operated under a Krones total service and aseptic guarantee agreement through end of 2020. Configured for Siemens Simatic S7 controls.
