Used PE Labelers New Rotary 16 Station Pressure Sensitive Labeler

The Used PE Labelers New Rotary 16 Station Pressure Sensitive Labeler is a non-stop redundant labeler with front and back or wraparound labeling capability. Clockwise rotation and feeds from right and exit atleft. (4) pe Model 90 pressure sensitive labeling stations including 5-way axis adjustment with dialed/scaled indicators for repeatability, special slide base for reloading labels for non-stop operation, Lyon 2100C clear label sensors, 200mm web height capacity with 3? core, LDC operator interface for start/stop/delay/speed etc., powered rewinder.

The unit has speeds up to 300 bpm on front and back applications. Available Now

Allen-Bradley SLC 5/05 processor and VFD, conveyor bypass for non-labeled containers, SS conveyor body, electric height adjustment, stepper bottle plate rotation control, Allen-Bradley safety interlocks, pivotable HMI, and SS container reject slide. Label length from 30 to 165mm, label height from 20 to 200mm, container diameter from 50 to 120mm and container height from 160 to 370mm. Speeds up to 300 bpm on front and back applications. Compressed air consumption: 1.5 MC/H. Operating pressure: 4 bar.
