The Used Linker 72 Valve TriBlock PET Bottle Filler made by Linker Equipment Corporation is a non-carbonated water bottling line boasts a stainless-steel construction, neck support for bottle handling, and a common base design. The Filler is composed of a 60 station rotary bottle rinser, a 72 valve rotary bottle filler, and a 20 head rotary capper for 26.7mm plastic screw caps, all operating left to right in a clockwise direction. The filling valves are 5/8″ in diameter, with change parts for 20 oz. PET round bottles, and a standard guard package from its previous operation. Additionally, the Filler includes a bottle infeed air conveyor initial section and a Sidel-Aidlin waterfall style cap feeder elevator hopper. The electrical components include an Allen-Bradley PLC, Allen Bradley Panel View 600 Plus HMI, operator interface controls, a stainless free-standing electrical cabinet, and runs on 480 volts, 3 phase, 60 Hz power.
The filler was previously running a speed range of 600 to 800 BPM.
