This 2019 Never Used Federal Extended Shelf Life Triblock Filler is a model KWS4/36.15Z, 36‐station sanitary triblock rotary level ller equipped with a WAB sanitizing turret, and Zalkin 12 ‐station pick‐and‐place capping turret and bulk cap feeder (2)x 40 gripper bottle cleaners – 40 gripper turret with diameter of 1500mm. 2nd Turret works in conjunction with the original turret and set for rinsing/ sanitizing. FIller -CIP system with changeover tray. ller enclosure with HEPA. exterior sanitizing system. Originally built in 2019 for “milk ” based shelf stable product.
