2014 KRONES ALUMINUM CAN FILLING LINE

The 2014 Krones Aluminum Can Line was initially delivered and installed in late 2014. The line is a used steel & aluminum beverage can line from depalletizer to pallet stretch wrapper. The line was previously running CSD (till 7.6g Co2/I) on 330ml sleek cans at 80,000 cph and 500ml standard cans at 66,000 cph. The line begins with a Pressant Universal 1A sweep-off depalletizer. Post rinser, the line features a 2014 Krones VODM-C 125 valve can filler with Ferrum F12-1 can seamer set for 202 ends fed by a CSW mini multifeeder. Interconnecting conveyor is comprised with Krones Synco S, Multico S, and Palco S conveyor. Product packaging consist of Krones Variopac Pro FS-9 and a Krones Variopac Pro TFS-7 set for shrink pack 3×2, 4×3 and 24 tray pack in foil. Endline packaging is oriented via Krones Robobox and completed with a Krones Pressant PalBloc 1AJ palletizer that is paired with an Atlanta Revolution stretch wrapper.
