Used High Speed Beverage Can Filling Line

The Used High Speed Beverage Can Filling Line was initially delivered and installed in 2002. This Complete Can Line previously running 12 ounce aluminum beer cans at 1600 cans per minute. The Complete Can Line begins with a Wyard BDA-3200 Bulk Can Depalletizer followed by 100 ft Ambec empty can air conveyor. The conveyor feeds into an 18 ft can twist rinser by Simplimatic prior to reaching the KHS SIGMA CF 124 valve Can filler. Post fill the cans receive proper seems by the Pneumatic Scale Closetech 220-UHCM Can Seamer fed by a CSW Deventer Holland can lid feed system. The cans are then brought to the Krones Sander Hansen Double Deck Pasteurizer Tunnel where the beverage cans are cycled through 11 zone’s on a 70’L x 16’W belt.

The Used High Speed Beverage Can Filling Line also comes with Ambec full can conveyor, (2) Filtec FT50 can inspection systems, an R.A. Jones can multi-packer capable of packaging 6, 12, 15, 18, 20, 24, and 30 can cases. The Complete Can Line also includes a Nigrellie 4×6 tray packer followed by full case conveyor system then finishing with an Alvey 942 Case Palletizer and the Wulftec V3 pallet stretch wrapper.
