The Complete Aluminum Bottle Filling Line was initially delivered and installed in early 2013. The Line is a used Aluminum Bottle Beverage Line from Depalletizer to Pallet Stretch Wrapper. The line was previously running Water on 16oz Aluminum bottles with 28mm ROPP caps at 700bpm and CSD on 8.5oz Aluminum bottles on 28mm ROPP caps at 800bpm. The system comes with a 2012 Bevcorp 80-80-20-20 Filler comprised of an 80 Head Bevcorp Rinser, 80 Valve Bevcorp (carbonated / isobaric) Filler and dual 20 head Zalkin ROPP capping turrets. This line features processing equipment including MKS Ozonation Skid, Alfa Laval Ammonia Chiller, DSI-Statco Carbonation Skid, Batching Skid, Nitrogen Dosing System, and GC Evans Warming Tunnel. End line packaging consist of a KHS TSP 060V Tray Packer capable of Tray, Pad, and Unsupported. The line also includes a Wyard MAX-02 Palletizer with MULLER 505 Octopus Pallet Stretch Wrapper. Line comes with change parts for 16oz and 8.5oz Aluminum Bottles.
