Automatic Handle Applicator

The Automatic Handle Applicator can apply handles on shrink fi lm packs, cardboard cases, briks, paper rolls or any type of rigid packs. In addition products can pass through the Automatic Handle Applicator without any handle being applied on them. The HA series can apply different types of handles, joined to a transparent adhesive tape and made from precut cardboard labels, pre-handled adhesive tape reels, as well as paper and polypropylene handles on reel.

4 models are available, differing in their speed: HA 25, HA 40, HA 60, HA 80. They grant, respectively, outputs of 25, 40, 60, 80 packs per minute (PPM), considering the pack dimensions. Each of these units can be configured to be placed in lines with single or double lane.

The paper or polypropylene real can be solid colored or printed with advertising material. The machine versatility is enhanced by the optional accessory “lateral transport belts.” This devise has been designed to ensure top-level performance when the upper belts guides can’t provide adequate pressure on the products, or when the product leading side width is shorter than 90mm, down to a minimum width of 60mm. It is particularly suitable for cardboards, tetra-packs, bags of flour, sugar and in general for products with narrow leading sides.
