The Micro 100 Basket Erector will take stacked, flat cardboard 4 and/or 6 pack baskets and automatically erect them into a vertical position. The erected four or six packs are then placed into a 24 bottle case. The unit has speeds up to 20 Baskets (Carriers) per minute. With a machine footprint of 6’9″ x 8’0″ it will fit into a small area of your facility. This unit also has the flexibility to change basket sizes, diagnostics for quick troubleshooting, manual operating mode all thanks to the machine’s PLC and HMI controls. The Micro Basket Erector comes with standard voltage at 110 VAC but can convert to other voltage options.
Speeds of 72 BPM for 4 packs and 100 BPM for 6 packs.
