Engineered for the safe and hygienic filling of both still and CO₂-containing beverages, this line delivers maximum product safety, extended shelf life, and production flexibility across a wide range of bottle formats. Suitable for juices, teas, isotonics, soft drinks, and carbonated beverages, the line handles 10 bottle sizes from 0.33L to 2.0L using a 28mm PCO1810 flat and sports cap closure. The blow-molding block is anchored by a Krones Contiform 318 stretch blow molder paired with a Krones Contifeed RS preform feeder and Krones PREFORMCHECK preform inspector for inline quality control. Filling is performed by a Krones PET-Asept L VFJ 4.320-132-103 — a 132-valve volumetric wet aseptic filler — supported by the Krones STERILJET aseptic sterilizer and a full suite of integrated Krones CHECKMAT inspection systems covering fill level, closure integrity, and label verification.
This Used Krones Aseptic PET Filling Line fills still and CO₂-containing beverages across 10 bottle formats from 0.33L to 2.0L. It features dual labeling — a Krones Sleevematic for sleeve labels and a Krones Contiroll for OPP film wrap-around — and is automatically supplied with EURO or Düsseldorfer pallets for seamless end-of-line operation.
Thermal product treatment is managed by a Krones VarioAsept J 30 system, with sterile process water delivered via a Krones AquaAsept L (10 M³/H) unit — ensuring full aseptic integrity throughout the product path. Secondary packaging is handled by a Krones Variopac PRO FS-9 packing machine and a Krones Sleevematic sleeve applicator. The line also features a Krones Varioclean AUT 8,000L CIP system, a Krones Pressant Palbloc 1AJ palletizer, Krones Linadry S2M bottle dryer, and a complete Krones Synco, Multico, and Palco conveyor network.
