The Micro Kombucha Filling Line can fill any bottle size from around 12 oz up to 750 ml can be handled in the same machine with a series of manual adjustments and minimal change parts.
12 oz bottles up to 24 bpm with the 4 Head, up to 30 bpm with the 6 Head, and up to 36 bpm on the 8 Head. Custom Solutions Available.
The Micro Kombucha Filling Line is a complete bottle packaging line that allows you to place an empty bottle onto an infeed table and never touch it again until you are packing it out in cases! A complete line can label the bottles, rinse out the inside, fill to adjustable fill heights, crown bottle, and rinse-off the outside of the bottle. Additional equipment can be added to the line to blow-off the rinse, align the bottles into rows that allow for convenient pack-out, or even cap or cork the bottles.
Micro Kombucha Filler
The Micro Kombucha Filler uses true pre-evac counter pressure technology to monitor bottle pressure and product pressure in controlling fills. The Micro Kombucha Filler can fill 12 oz bottles up to 24 bpm with the 4 Head, up to 30 bpm with the 6 Head, and up to 36 bpm on the 8 Head, depending on beer pressure and temperature.
Rotary Product Table
Mild steel and stainless steel construction. Two-part stainless steel “steel-it” painted finish on frame. Leveling pads that allow for 2” of vertical adjustment and leveling. Stainless disk for clean contact. Tables come in a variety of sizes in 12” increments by width and length. The smallest table is 24” x 36”.
Automated Bottle Rinser
Requires 110V, 60Hz, 8 AMP power; 60 psi, 2-3 scfm air (1?4” quick disconnect) for air input). Recirculation of water requires a container and pump. Machine is adjustable for different sizes. Rinser can use city tap water run through a Carbon filter for purification; a sanitary water solution can also be used, or ionized air.
Wrap Station
Fully adjustable 3 inch high spin belt powered by a 1/12 HP variable speed DC motor. An adjustable back wiper pad for compression of the label to the container.
Inline Labeler
Applies labels from 1” to 4-1/2” tall (optional up to 7-1/2” tall) and 14” long. Labels 1” to 5” diameter containers. 1/8” standard label gap. Accepts industry standard 3” diameter label cores. Standard feed reel size is 12”; 14-1/2” and 16” are available. PLC controlled.
Bottle Conveyors
Bottle Conveyors 4-1/2” standard conveyor width; 6” and 7-1/2” optional. All stainless steel construction. 32” standard conveyor height; any height optional. 72” standard conveyor length; any lengths in 6” increments optional. 1/8 hp DC gear head motor. Variable Speed Operation with total speed control through the operator interface. Spacing wheel included.
