The Used Bevcorp 60 Valve Filler with CSI 12 Head Capper is a versatile CSD soft drink bottle filler that was last running 17oz PET bottles with plastic screw cap. Safe, dependable bottle handling, combined with ease of operation and maintenance, provides smooth, efficient output. Crowns “battleship construction, with heavy cast iron base, housing, cylinder support and support pedestal, helps to promote outstanding performance under “all-go” conditions for years to come.

Previously running 17oz PET Bottles. Unit was audited yearly with extensive service records available.

This Used Bevcorp 60 Valve Filler with CSI 12 Head Capper has a 60 valve quart pinch filler with a capacity of running 2′ to 3.88″ diameter x 6/5″ to 13.5″ tall bottle capacity. The Model 60/12 is currently set with a Alcoa 12 head screw capper but can be customized to run 12 crowning heads or a 12 head capper with crowner conversion. The unit also comes with dual level infeed screw for enhanced bottle handling performance. Feature by feature, these Crown soft drink beverage bottle fillers add up to maximum production with cost-saving efficiencies that return the highest profit to bottlers.
