Used 400G2 Automatic High Level Bulk Depalletizer

The Used 400G2 Automatic High Level Bulk Depalletizer automatically removes empty containers from pallets at high rates of speed and feeds them into the production lines. Layer pads are automatically removed and empty pallets are automatically stacked.

Depalletizer was last running various PET bottles with operating speeds of at least 600 bottles per minute.

The Used 400G2 Automatic High Level Bulk Depalletizer was designed to operate in a high speed 24-hour/day production environment while easily handling empty steel, aluminum, PET or glass containers. This Bulk Depalletizer utilizes a high-speed sweep with front retainer to keep containers stable during depalletizing. This system includes a Pressureless Combiner and has automatic tier sheet and top frame removal. The Depalletizer has several full pallet infeed stations and automatic empty pallet stacker. All electric pneumatic operations and mat top layer forming conveyor allows for smooth product handling of various sized containers.
