The Used SENTRY High Level Bulk Depalletizer is a fully automatic Z-flow high level bulk depalletizer with fully automatic top frame and tier sheet removal into separate dunnage bins. 24′ triple chain infeed conveyor at 24″ elevation, electric hoist, automatic pallet stacker underneath discharge bed, 12′-6″ discharge elevation, 18′-4″ overall height. 10′ discharge bed with Rexnord mat top bed. Previously was running 45.00 x 47.50 pallet with narrow side leading.
PET Bottle Fillers at speeds up to 1000 bottles per minute and Can Fillers up to 1800 cans per minute. Available Now!
This Used SENTRY High Level Bulk Depalletizer is designed to receive bulk loads of empty glass, PET or aluminum containers on wooden or plastic pallets, and transfer each layer (one at a time) onto an accumulating take-away conveyor for transportation to the production area. The speed of the machines will vary depending on the product. However, a single Sentry Bulk Depalletizer will provide a continuous supply of product to PET Bottle Fillers at speeds up to 1000 bottles per minute and Can Fillers up to 1800 cans per minute
