The Used CROWN 60 Valve Bottle Filler 12 Head Capper is a versatile soft drink bottle filler that demonstrates proven reliability at speeds up to 600 bpm depending upon package and product parameters. This Used CROWN 60 Valve Bottle Filler 12 Head Capper is a 60 valve neck handling filler capable of running bottles 60z to 1 Liter, half gallon, and 2 Liters. The Model 60/12 is currently set with 12 plastic screw capping heads but can be customized to run 12 crowning heads or a 12 head capper with crowner conversion. The current 12 head capper is a CSI model 200E twin feed, screw infeed. The unit also comes with upgraded electrical with a Panel-view 1000 HMI and a fully enclosed guarding package. Feature by feature, these Crown soft drink beverage bottle fillers add up to maximum production with cost-saving efficiencies that return the highest profit to bottlers.
