The Langguth E62 requires a minimum of operator attention. Thanks to its ergonomic design and operator friendly controls, the E62 requires only that labels and glue is added at regular intervals — under full production speed. Both low glue and low label levels can be observed via optional alarms, which make the operation of the machine truly part-time. Changing the E62 to different bottle and label sizes can be done in minutes by the operator, as a complete set-up list is supplied for each container and all parts and set-points are clearly marked, the latter with scales or digital indicators. The rotation speed of the containers is controlled by an infinite gearbox and at no time is it necessary to change pulleys or timing belts during the change over. The label magazine is fully adjustable in the range of labels that can be used with the E62. Only the upper and lower front finger rails need to be changed when the label length changes more than approximately 12 mm. The chart below indicates the standard versions of the Langguth E62 labellers.
