The Used ALLIANCE High Level Bulk Depalletizer is a Low Level Depalletizer currently set for 40? x 48? pallets with 48″ side leading no taller than 55″. According to Alliance the machine was running at approx 600 bpm on 8.8 oz aluminum bottles (2.1″dia x 7.2″ tall). This unit is Capable to run cans/pet/aluminum bottles under 8.5″tall. This unit as a 20ft long discharge bed that runs a 56-3/4″ wide belt. Empty pallet flows to pallet stacker with narrow side leading. Allen-Bradey controls including a Compact Logix PLC & (13)Powerflex 40 VFDs.
