The Used Priority One Low Level Bulk Depalletizer will depalletize bulk glass bottles, PET bottles, aluminum cans and steel cans. Depalletizer was last running size 44? x 56? pallets and used automatic slip sheet removal system. The Depalletizer has a long discharge table with plastic mat chain and combiner single filer. This system delivers years of low maintenance, trouble-free performance, while providing the flexibility to adapt to changing load configuration demands.
This Low Level Depalletizer is capable of running Glass Bottles, PET Bottles, and Aluminum Cans. Available Now
The Used Priority One Low Level Bulk Depalletizer uses timing belts to reduce wear, back lash and tensioning found with comparable chain drive systems. Quality, heavy-duty construction provides smooth, vibration-free operation. Lift and carriage motors are driven through variable frequency AC controllers, and the unique design of transfer mechanisms reduces electro-mechanical wear.
