The Used Filler Specialties 18 Valve Gallon Jug Filler with Capper was last filling dairy style gallon jugs and is set for 38mm snap cap style caps. The unit includes a Snap Cap Rotary Cap Sorter and Cap Chute and Pick-Off Assembly and has a Timing Screw Indeed Mechanism with Pull Through Bottle Conveyor. The present Conveyor Height is about 45” (adjustable). Manufactured and supported by Filler Specialties Inc. The all stainless steel sanitary design filler has 1.125” Diameter Filling Nozzles on 7.5” Centers (Pitch).
