This Used Bevcorp Crown Uniblend 45 Bottle Filler with Alcoa 6 Head Capper is a versatile soft drink bottle filler that demonstrates proven reliability at speeds up to 300 bpm (16oz). Safe, dependable bottle handling, combined with ease of operation and maintenance, provides smooth, efficient output. Crowns “battleship construction, with heavy cast iron base, housing, cylinder support and support pedestal, helps to promote outstanding performance under “all-go” conditions for years to come. Designed especially for the large diameter 64 ounce (half gallon) bottle; also capable of handling other bottle sizes. Output speeds to 115BPM (64oz) and up to 300 BPM (16 oz) and smaller size bottles.

This Used Bevcorp Crown Uniblend 45 Bottle Filler with Alcoa 6 Head Capper is capable of running bottles up to 64oz on every filling valve. The Model 45/6 is currently set with a 6 head Alcoa plastic screw capper but can be customized to run 6 crowning heads or a 6 head capper with crowner conversion. Feature by feature, these Crown soft drink beverage bottle fillers add up to maximum production with cost-saving efficiencies that return the highest profit to bottlers. This filler handle large diameter bottles up to 5.25” diameter maximum will also handle other diameters from 2″ minimum. Bottle heights range from 5″ minimum to 13.5” maximum overall height. Equipped with six head convertible crowner/capper unit for application of standard crowns and/or 28mm roll-on closures-crowning and capping heady easily interchanged. Separate hoppers, dials, and feed systems for crowns and caps.
