The Used Sacmi SBF 408 Blow Fill Cap System is a COMBO unit (Blow-Fill-Cap) with 8 blow stations, 40 filling valves, and 10 capping heads (8/40/10). Excellent compactness and user-friendliness make this an extremely interesting, advantageous solution for those looking to minimise the number of workers on the bottling line and reduce the risks of bottle contamination. A patented Sacmi system allows the preforms to be withdrawn with dual grippers at a pre-set spacing equal to the spacing between the bottles in the dual mould, thus making insertion of preforms on the blowing turret – and format changeovers – extremely simple and efficient.

The Used Sacmi SBF 408 Blow Fill Cap System includes, Preform dumper, Preform hopper & Elevator, Preform Unscrambler-Feed, Slide Shute into machine, Oven, Blow Wheel, Filler, Capper, CIP, and Chiller. This unit has also had many upgrades recommended by Sacmi since its initial sale in 2012. The compressed air used in blowing is controlled by pneumatic systems consisting of integrated valves located above the blowing nozzles to minimize the ‘dead space’ of air as well as the required electrical energy. This machine has been strictly maintained, runs very well, and is in Excellent. This is a great machine for taking the next step to self supplying PET bottles or upgrading to rotary blow-fill-cap machinery.
